Ketabi Bourdet is delighted to present Baume Chérie, a new solo exhibition by Idir Davaine (b. 1990), inaugurating the gallery’s residency at Les Grandes Serres de Pantin. Inspired by a journey through the Sainte-Baume massif in southern France, this new series of paintings explores the boundaries between real landscapes and imagined spaces, abstraction and figuration. Through compositions of organic forms and vibrant colors, the artist reimagines the landscapes he encountered, creating a pictorial universe where nature, memory and imagination intertwine.
